Sean Lin
Principal

Sean Lin brings over 30 years of extensive business experience to the ARYA team. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Biostatistics. Sean has a highly successful entrepreneur background ranging from real estate development and investment, retail and wholesale operations, e-commerce and others. Sean is a partner of Wuhan Zhongbo Real Estate Co., Ltd, a successful real estate development company in China. The company has developed a 75 million dollar (us), mixed-use project including residences, commercials and condo-hotel. Sean has been heavily involved in real estate investment and remodeling businesses in South Florida for the last 15 years.

Sean is a visionary. He predicted the last financial crisis and foresaw the next real estate boom. Even with a 7 year run of the South Florida bull market, Sean firmly believes that there is still a tremendous growth opportunity in the middle-end segment due to high inflow of middle class transports to our area. Sean has built deep connections within the local government and real estate sectors here in South Florida. Sean used these relationships along with his personal research on the future markets to secure a last piece of land that can be developed as an ocean view condo in the Pompano Beach area. Sean is developing this land into Arya, an affordable luxury condo that is positioned with tremendous future price appreciation. Arya is a goldmine opportunity for any investor looking to own a piece of South Florida’s prime real estate.

Previous Projects

Zhongbo · Nanhu Kangchen - Wuhan, Hubei Province, China

This is a mixed use project consisting of 376,000 Sq.Ft. buildings on 21 acres of land. The estimated project value is 75 million dollars. This project includes total of 484 condo units, condo hotels and retail spaces. Phase I, consisting of 282 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom condo units are currently sold out. The construction started in 2015 and completed in summer of 2016. Phase II is in the planning process.
